PDF reports

The assistant can produce a PDF, attach it to the chat with View and Download buttons, and file a copy in your File Storage under Reports — so it is still there after the conversation is gone. Ask for one in plain words:

• "Make that a PDF I can send to my client."
• "Server report for the shop server, as a PDF."

There is also a guided task — Server report (PDF) — which gathers health, security, updates and what is running, then writes the document. See Guided tasks.

What a good report contains

Ask for what you want; typical requests that work well:

• A monthly health summary for one or all servers.
• A security review: who has access, what is exposed, what updates are waiting.
• An incident write-up: what broke, what was found, what was changed.
• An AWS cost summary for a client.

Other PDFs in the app

Two screens produce their own documents without the chat:

• IAM user activity report — what one AWS user did, with an AI summary, exportable as a PDF.
• Jenkins audit — a controller scored against a standards checklist, as a PDF.

Tips

• Say who it is for. "For a non-technical client" changes the language used.
• Ask for it at the end, once the investigation is done, so the report is written from what was actually found.
• If it offers a PDF and you say "yes", occasionally it will not pick the tool up — ask explicitly: "generate the PDF report".
