Signing in as a team member
For anyone who was given a login by someone else. Three things to know.
Someone has created a login for you inside their workspace. You will work on their servers and projects; you do not own anything and you are not billed.
You should have been sent three things: a sign-in link, a 12-digit Account ID, and a one-time password.
1. Open the sign-in link
It looks like:

It opens the Team member tab with the Account ID already filled in — even if the browser is signed in as somebody else.
No link? Go to the sign-in page and click the Team member tab yourself,
then type the Account ID by hand. Spaces and dashes are ignored, so
4829 1357 0264 works.
2. Sign in

3. Choose your own password
On your first sign-in — and after any password reset — you land on Choose your password. Enter the password you were sent as your Old password (no code is emailed to you), then choose a new one. Nothing else works until you do. This is on purpose: from that moment, your password is yours alone, and the activity log's record of who did what is trustworthy.
Pick something you do not use elsewhere.
What you will see
Only what your role allows, and only the projects you were given. If a screen or a button is missing, that is your role, not a fault. The full table is in Roles.
As a Viewer you can look at everything and change nothing — no terminal, no file manager, and chat only in Read mode.
As an Operator you can work on servers, use the terminal, and use the assistant in Execute mode. You cannot add or delete projects, servers or integrations, and you cannot delete cloud resources.
Things worth knowing
Your work is recorded. Every action lands in the server's activity log with your name. That is normal and it protects you as much as the owner.
AI credit is shared with the rest of the team. If it runs out, ask the owner.
Forgotten password? You cannot reset it by email. Ask the person who created your login to reset it — you will get a new one-time password.
Your own separate account. The same email can also have a personal account here. They are different logins with different passwords: the personal one uses the Personal tab, this one uses Team member. A browser holds one at a time; use a second browser profile if you need both.
