Create your account
Signing up, confirming your email, signing in, and what to do if you forget your password.
Before you start
You need an email address you can open right now. We send a confirmation code to it, and you cannot use the app until you enter that code.
1. Sign up
Go to /signup and fill in three things:

| Password | At least 8 characters. Use something you do not use elsewhere. |
Press Create account.
2. Confirm your email
We email you a 6-digit code and a link. Either works:
- Click the link in the email, or
- Type the six digits on the Confirm your email screen.
No email after a minute? Check the spam folder. If it is not there, use Send a new code on the same screen — type your email address and we will send another. Codes expire, so always use the newest one.
Until your email is confirmed, every page will send you back to this screen. That is deliberate: it stops someone signing up with an address that is not theirs.
3. You are in
Your first sign-in creates a workspace for you, called Personal. A workspace is the box that holds everything you own here — your projects, your servers, your team logins and your AI credit. You do not have to do anything with it; it is just useful to know the word.
Next you will be asked to create your first project. That concept is worth two minutes: Projects explained.
Signing in later
Go to /login. There are two tabs:
- Personal — your own account. Email and password.
- Team member — for a login that someone else created for you inside their workspace. It asks for a 12-digit Account ID as well. If you were given a sign-in link, open that link and the Account ID fills itself in. See Signing in as a team member.
Sessions last 30 days on the same browser. After that you sign in again.
If you forget your password
- On the sign-in page choose Forgot password.
- Enter your email. We send a reset link.
- Open the link and choose a new password.
Changing your password signs you out of every other browser and device. That is intended — if someone else had your account, this removes them.
Team member logins cannot reset their own password by email. Ask the person who created your login to reset it for you; they will send you a new one-time password. See Team members.
Changing your password on purpose
Go to Settings → Security, enter your current password and the new one twice. Same rule: everything else gets signed out.
